Methi Raitha

Very delicious yogurt dip flavored with garlic and fenugreek leaves. It is one of the best recipes and a truly perfect side dish.

  • Small Chili green finely chopped
  • Small garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 pinch red Kashmir red chili powder
  • 1 spoon small lemon juice
  • 1 cup fenugreek leaf
  • ¼ tbl spoon salt
  • ¼ tbl spoon sugar
  • 4 tbl spoon veg oil
  • ½ spoon cumin seed
  • ¾ cup yoghurt

Take the pan add oil and cumin seed and then add the methi leaves and sautéed add all other ingredients without yoghurt. Mix well with yoghurt and add salt, chilly powder as per requirement. Make it bit loose.
