Methi Mooli Makai Paratha

Every Village in Punjab make this with a arti ghee a very popular dish in Punjab

  • 1 cup makki ka atta, corn atta (yellow color)
  • ½ cup red wheat atta
  • 2 cup of methi leaves finely chopped
  • 1 cup radish grated
  • 1 XXX powder
  • ½ fennel seed
  • ½ tea spoon ajwain
  • Salt to taste

Mix both flours together and fennel seed chily powder and ajwain.

Add finely chopped fenugreek leaves and grated mooli. Mix all together add required water and make a dough. Out of it then make paratha. Add ghee both side and serve hot.
