2 cups chopped fenugreek leaf ( methi leaves )
1 cup fried or fozen green peas
½ cup fresh cream
3 table spoon fat free butter
½ spoon jeera
Pinch of asafoetida
Elachi | 2 cloves | ½ stick cinnamon
1 big onion 1 spoon khus khus, 1 ½ spoon cashewnut
1 spoon curd, 1 spoon sugar, 2 green chillies
Soak the methi leaves in hot water 5 minutes and drain it out, remove excess water. Take the pan add butter and ad cumin seeds, after seed crackle add asafoetida and ground spices and sauté 3 to 4 minutes add on the powder and sauté 3 minutes.
Add green peas and methi leaves and malai ( cream ) and slowly cook till the gravy become thick. Serve with pulao or paratha.
