Kashmiri Methi Chaman

Everyone knows Kashmir is a beautiful place and when you say chaman it means green and exotic.

The combination of paneer and methi, I have shown in another dish. But this is a bit different from that. The recipe have a bit of Kashmiri touch and by that this this dish becomes different. It is a true delight.

  • 3 Green chili
  • 2 spoon coriander powder
  • 2 tbs fennel powder
  • 1 tbs ginger dry powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 100 gm spinach leaves
  • ½ cup curd
  • 2 spoon ginger garlic paste
  • ½ spoon garam masala
  • 100 gm fresh methi leaves
  • Salt and sugar a pinch
  • Turmeric powder
  • 3 spoon mustard oil
  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 200 grams paneer
