Ingredients 1 cup cubed Kaddu ( Red Pumpkin) ½ teaspoon mustard seeds ¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds ¼ teaspoon fennel seeds 1 dry red chilli ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 small green chilli, chopped Salt to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil ½ cup water Dhania pattha for garnish How To Prepare Add olive oil to a pan. Add in the mustard seeds, fennel, and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter for 5 seconds. Add dry red chilli and fry for 5 seconds. Add in the red pumpkin cubes, salt, turmeric powder, and chopped green chili. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. Add a little water, cover the lid, and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid and stir-fry for 10 minutes more. Garnish with dhania pattha.
